On May 4th, I decorated the living room and dining area with stars and streamers and we opened gifts as a family. Rich came and we had pizza, sang "Happy Birthday" and ate ice cream cake. A blue one because that's what Athen asked for. It was pretty low key and a nice night.
Athen got some great spider man treasures from his Gamma. Here he is posing in his new rain boots and goggles. He also got a beautiful baseball glove (from Gamma), a scooter (from John and I), a bug sucker/vacuum (from Grammy), a batman truck with cars (from Rich) and a harmonica (from Carole).
